★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三峽吃素食的餐館不多，今天來這間嚐鮮，環境舒適、菜單選擇多元，有單點和套餐，價格挺高貴，想說既來之則安之，就等上菜一嚐其滋味了；
餐點上菜後，視覺上就先輸了，配色不講究份量又少，與300元的價格實在很不對等，雖然口味不錯，但與其他素食餐館相比，這次的體驗整體給三個星囉。
或許每個人的胃口本來就不一樣，以上心得只代表個人感受，有興趣吃素救地球的朋友，還是可以找機會去揪友吃合菜喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在三峽老街附近有一個蔬食餐廳，走路即可達到，菜單選項豐富，推薦素食梅乾扣肉，選用的是正統的客家梅乾菜，所以不會死鹹還有回甘的味道，今天菜色較為重口味，適合配用白飯。
但是月亮蝦餅較為油膩，無法得知廚房的師傅處理方式，可能因為中間裡面有鋪夾菜，所以下鍋油炸不易瀝乾，吃起來跟一般月亮蝦餅的記憶口感不太一樣。
