很可惜,先前三峽區打疫苗,護士跟人員都很親切客氣,但今天老人家寫資料有寫錯,人員只是一直講要求老人家寫錯要改,卻不體恤老人家,他如果自己知道怎麼改哪會頓在那裡?昰不是你們就幫他把資料填好就好?一直臭臉要求老人家改昰有事嗎?不然也用手指一下錯的位置要怎麼改啊?(別間衛生所也沒遇過這樣的) 打針的小姐也是,說話很不客氣,問問題也不理,也沒告知今天打的劑量不是單支型的?老人家問,怎麼跟小英打的影片差那麼多?電視上的拍的都很客氣? 我們去過的其他衛生所也很客氣,真覺得人員要好好的溝通一下,才不會壞了衛生所專業親切的好名聲~

本來打過去也很難打通,也有遇過別人描述的接起來就掛掉的情況,甚至是接起話筒放桌面的情形。 但其實可以在這裡評論的人也可以自己去google找他們的分機,針對自己的狀況尋找不同的部門尋求協助。 有次打去總機才知道原來他們是在門口的,疫情期間很多人去衛生所打第三劑或領取隔離單,那些服務人員要顧現場的民眾,還要抽時間接聽我們電話,其實自己也很忙不過來。 如果可以自己查詢自己需要的部門也會更快解決自己的問題,希望總機可以留給真的不知道該打哪裡且需要幫助的民眾。

雖然真的很辛苦,現場的電話也一直響 但是處理事情的效率跟態度真的是...不予置評 抽空來申請居隔單,因為被學校通知要3+4 但遲遲等不到政府通知,看到里長說可以到衛生所申請就來試試 現場人不多,但是等很久。在門口領了號碼牌等待,輪到號碼時只有簡單詢問,留下姓名身分證與確診日期就到一旁繼續等待 可能是快下班速度變快了起來,但後來輪到我時又被告知沒被匡列到 解決問題是要去其他政府部門““ㄌㄨˊ”” 如果這裡真的沒辦法申請可以在留資料時先做簡單查詢並告知,而不是叫大家全部等到您們要下班時才草草的說這裡沒辦法處理,浪費彼此的時間 還有既然收到學校通知(在確診者9宮格範圍裡)理當應發放通知書,而不是民眾自己去,,““ㄌㄨˊ””吧!

依照兒童預防接種通知單的接種時間前往,一到現場才知道接種日期改為只有週五上午能打,服務人員態度極差,冷回網站都有更新調整公告 , 試問誰沒事會無時無刻去網站爬文看公告?至少通知書應該要註明施打前請洽網站最新公告或來電洽詢,避免民眾白跑一趟;評價連3星都不到果然不是沒有原因 附上現場公告給有需要的民眾(拍攝日期2022/5/2)
