老闆娘在包餃子時看起來非常隨意，豪邁，以致於每顆餃子都處於爆餡的狀態，而它的餡料，又是加了很多種蔬菜及肉，一起鍋每顆看起來油油亮亮，金黃飽滿，可以吃辣的人建議加點老闆的辣豆瓣，會讓油味降低，但食材的鮮甜味會提升很多~~
(通常早上9:00前一定會賣完收工)
