★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「雞排」，推薦雞排…其實是多餘的，每個人的喜好不同，脆皮、蜜汁或號稱超大雞排，都有支持者。炸雞排和其它炸物除了調味、新鮮、炸的功夫，我覺得重點是「油」，油炸太久不換就會變質。「赤壁」的雞排我還沒吃到有油臭味的問題，喜歡雞排的朋友來吃吃看吧！
