清蒸肉圓的外皮，比一般較有韌性，但伴隨醬汁入口，依然爽滑；餡料很懷舊，常常吃了一口，發呆半宿，盯著這肉圓就遁入那無垠的回憶。如果搭配一點店家特製辣椒醬，那真是天雷勾動地火，和古早農安街水潤型外皮加芥末醬相比，就好像法拉利跟藍寶堅尼，喜歡哪個都有道理。
排骨酥湯很濃郁，冬瓜很綿柔，這一濃一淡，真是一搭一唱，而軟糯的排骨以主角身分出場，嗯嗯，這舌頭扮耳朵，台語老歌恰似在耳邊輕響！

The filling is very nostalgic, and I often take a bite, stay in a daze for a long time, staring at the meatball and escape into the endless memories. If it is paired with a little shop special chili sauce, it is really exciting. Compared with the ancient Nong'an Street water-moist skin with mustard sauce, it is like Ferrari or Lamborghini. Which one you like makes sense.
The pork ribs crispy soup is very rich, the winter melon is very soft, this thick and light, it is really a song, and the soft and waxy ribs appear as the protagonist, um, the tongue plays the ear, the old Taiwanese song seems to be light in the ear ring!
