I always thought that the name of this store was so delicious. His soy sauce and chili sauce are very thin, so you can get the sesame oil cake and crispy but the taste of the sauce is basically no. Very simple but delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偶然來三峽老街發現，一試成主顧，老板很親切又有禮貌，蔥油餅是屬於一大張的那種，一張可以切成4份，蔥油餅加蛋很好吃，餅皮有酥但是不會乾乾硬硬的，咬下去的口感是皮酥中間帶點濕潤，餅皮有很細微的甜吃起很香咬起來有彈性，有來三峽老街男朋友都一定要來買，價格很親民，買越多越便宜，有來老街別忘了來嚐嚐與蔥抓餅不一樣的古早風味
I came to Sanxia Old Street by chance and found out that I tried to become a customer. The owner was very kind and polite. The scallion pancakes belong to a large sheet. One sheet can be cut into 4 portions. The scallion pancakes with eggs are delicious and the crust is crispy. But it won’t be dry and hard. The texture after biting is a bit moist in the middle of the crispy crust. The crust has a subtle sweetness and is very fragrant and elastic. Any boyfriend who comes to Sanxia Old Street must come to buy it. The price is very close to the people, the more you buy, the cheaper you come. Don’t forget to come and taste the ancient flavor that is different from the spring onion cake
