★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繁忙的一座古橋，供行人及機慢車往來，路面不寬但鋪面狀況佳。晚上車流量少時，步行與此，別有風味。(但橋身護欄較低，注意墜落風險)
A busy ancient bridge for pedestrians and slow vehicles. The road is not wide but the pavement is in good condition. At night, when there is less traffic, walking is different from this. (But the bridge body guardrail is lower, pay attention to the risk of falling)

早年三角湧住來新莊、艋舺、大稻埕，甚或渡海唐山，端賴河運船載。
河道淤塞，橋樑的啓用，是陸運取代河運重要分野，見證三峽的交通建設與日本人精實工藝。
三道彩虹圓拱造型，跨越三峽河，昭和年間的裝飾藝術設計，夕照下，灑落金黃，更形古樸優美。
