一想到繳稅給這種員警心裡就是幹。

請問這樣的員警是怎麼教的？是否需要再教導一下？這樣的員警也可以當警察嗎？
警察不是應該要先釐清問題再下判斷嗎？
總而言之我還真不知道警察是怎麼當的
當下時速在限速內，一台汽車從巷口衝出來，也沒有禮讓直行車，這些都沒問直接下判斷
