我是去看減重因為有多囊跟膝蓋問題的關係必須減重 方醫生不管是在FB或看診都很有耐心的講解怎麼吃才不會餓肚子 今天回診是聽他講解意志力不夠的人他覺得很困擾 ??聽他講解完我都忘記我要問什麼了 ???回家在用FB問也立馬回應 ???人還不錯 我會持續加油的！！
