可是泡菜超好吃！夠酸夠脆 滿意

2、醬油裡有蒜頭好吃！
3、泡菜自己做的很脆，可是都超大片，切小片點會更好。
4、湯很熱很好喝。
5、都是免洗餐具，不環保。
6、豆瓣辣椒可以自己加。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酥脆感不太穩定，不知道是油溫影響還是發酵汁時間影響，現點現炸所以請耐心等候，泡菜酸甜適中口感脆且大片又爽口，不喜歡醬汁放盤底，泡到那幾塊口感就真的明顯不佳，但是整體上是不錯口味的店家^^

給滿分主要是因為這間算三峽裡很好吃的臭豆腐了

臭豆腐$60/份，注意，咬開會顏射！
汁直噴臉頰有驚到我，店內現吃可以感受到外酥內嫩的多汁口感。
今點了2份，附的高麗菜泡菜的品質都是嫩黃的，沒有粗的菜莖讓人不悅，剛好的醃漬熟度與酸甜度，不會有味蕾刺激的不適，與臭豆腐的味道是相輝映而不是搶戲。
是本人在三峽犯臭豆腐癮時的口袋名單。

Stinky tofu $60/serving, pay attention, bite and shoot!
The juice was sprayed directly on my cheeks, and I was surprised. I can feel the juicy texture on the outside and tender on the inside.
I ordered 2 servings today. The quality of the attached cabbage kimchi is light and yellow, and it is unpleasant to have no thick stems. The pickling maturity and sweetness and sourness are just right, and there will be no discomfort that stimulates the taste buds. The taste is shining, not robbing the show.
This is my pocket list when I was addicted to stinky tofu in the Three Gorges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too much flavor. Most importantly, the hygiene is not good. Woman grabbed the knife from the sink to cut the tofu. Who know if the knife is clean or dirty. The spoon for the hot sauce has old crust on it. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 10+ years! Would not go back again and would not recommend it to anyone.
