買的時候剛好肉都賣完了，就把剩下的大致挑一挑，味道偏清爽，很適合喜歡清淡口味的人（個人很喜歡這味道）。
但以下酒菜來說，味道若覺得不夠可能要另外靠沾醬補足。
整體來說家人很滿意這味道，之後會多支持，也請老闆加油。
