★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開車至大鐘的路有點非常窄，會車去要靠運氣。我卡了很久才會車成功，有點可怕。若是遇到從山下徒步上山的山友，會彼此在路上爭道，看起來在抵達大鐘前是沒有行人專用的上山步道。
從大鐘步行約10分鐘即可抵達鳶山頂，景色相當好 但腹地很小，拍照需要排隊。
The road to Dazhong is a bit very narrow, and it takes luck to get there by car. I got stuck for a long time before the car succeeded. It was a bit scary. If you encounter mountain friends who hike up the mountain from the bottom of the mountain, they will fight each other on the road. It seems that there is no pedestrian-only trail before reaching the big clock.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the clock to the top of Yuanshan Mountain. The scenery is quite good, but the hinterland is very small, so you need to queue for taking pictures.

到了大鐘，由於周圍種植許多松柏，擋住看風景的視線，相當可惜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳶山步道的實際起點，想偷懶的人可以將車子開到這邊來停，節省時間，只是最後一段上山的路幅狹小又陡，會車不易，需要多注意。這個鐘是1985年，由當時三峽鎮長與地方人士共同發起修建的，位置的事也還算不錯。
The actual starting point of the Yuanshan Trail, those who want to be lazy can park their cars here to save time, but the last section of the road up the mountain is narrow and steep, and it is not easy to meet cars, so you need to pay more attention. This clock was built in 1985 by the then mayor of the Three Gorges and local people, and the location is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bell on top of Yuan Mountain is a great site to bring your lover at night. It's peaceful and you can take in the night view. There are rest rooms in the car park and a short trail to the peak in daylight. Surrounding vegetation blocks out some of the view however.
