11:23點完餐 點了豬排湯種、蔬菜玉米蛋餅、綠茶、山藥薏仁 取餐號碼為60 等了大概30分鐘 遲遲等不到餐點 此時聽到已經出餐到63 就詢問櫃台還有多久 店員看了一下袋子說 還沒弄山藥薏仁現在趕快處理 後面2-3組客戶有調飲類的餐點 店員直接忘記我的飲料 一直幫後面的處理飲料 等他再幫我處理山藥薏仁再給我餐點時 我看著袋子裡的豬排湯種、蛋餅都放很久了 豬排湯種的包裝袋直接濕掉 蔬菜蛋餅的菜也都悶黃掉 吃起來都冷掉了 我覺得或許櫃檯店員資淺 但是應該要有資深夥伴幫忙控場吧? 不然這樣的服務體驗很差 餐點也都不好吃了 這部份真的會讓人不想再來消費

櫃檯有兩人,櫃檯小姐跟阿姨,兩位動作好慢…… 我點了一個堡和飲料,因為等太久了,向櫃檯詢問餐點的進度,才發現櫃檯小姐將我的堡送錯給另一位外帶客人。 阿姨説要現場重做一個堡給我,但我覺得浪費太多時間了,無法再繼續等待,所以我選擇退款只要買飲料就好,阿姨卻指向現場門口不知道擺放多久的早餐説:「不然你隨便選一個餐帶走?」我拒絕了,要求店家退款給我,我只買飲料就好。 啊如果我一開始就是想買現場擺放很久的早餐的話,就不會走到櫃檯點餐、等餐,也不用像傻子一樣等那麼久,最後餐還在別人手上吧。(攤手) 後來阿姨有道歉,且退了堡的錢給我,但我個人覺得阿姨的態度只是為了趕快打發我,沒有要為浪費客人時間感到抱歉的誠意。看了Google評論後,我個人的想法也是相同感受,店家似乎沒有要正視評論的問題作回覆或是想改善問題的誠意。 另外櫃檯小姐看似生手,動作不流暢之外,經常手忙腳亂的,甚至看到她發呆……也有讓前來點餐的客人等待許久卻沒有要接應的情況,導致櫃檯客人排隊隊伍變長,徒增等待時間。 早上外帶早餐的客人很多是要準備上班的人,希望店家的動作可以再迅速且確實,避免耽誤大家時間,畢竟 貴店也營運一段不短的時間了,相信有累積不少經驗可以提昇作業效率。

第三次造訪,餐點味道不錯,就是出餐速度和衛生有待加強 餐點到了缺一杯咖啡,跟櫃台講了三次才補上…吃到一半突然店員過來抱歉說餐點出餐的時候漏了一塊肉?!要拿裝餐點的盤子時,盤子外側幾乎都油的… 另外也是今天讓我非常不舒服的一點,就是櫃檯的店員口罩一直不戴好(看起來是口罩太大太鬆,但附近一堆醫療用品店買口罩不難吧?),尤其現在疫情又開始嚴重,該店還在醫院旁邊,且又是做餐飲店員口罩還不戴好,當面提醒請她戴好,但一樣要戴不戴的,其他店員也提醒她一次,但該店員依舊,真的感覺很糟糕!以後不會再去了…
