★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年第一次找來清潔時覺得不錯,今年想說第二次也找這間來清洗,,共洗一台分離式、一台窗型,但隔天想說要把窗型的用袋子套起來,避免夏天時滿是髒污,結果爬出去一看,當場傻眼,冷氣機外殼全是髒的,沒清潔過的那種髒,後來傳照片詢問師傅怎麼沒清?是只清洗內部嗎?得到的回應是一直傳照片表示他們怎麼清潔冷氣機內部的照片,不正面回應,最後只好告訴自己算了,誰叫自己不全程監看呢,錢都付了,也教育自己,以後找人洗冷氣機一定要問清楚是不是只洗內部呢?最後還是很疑惑,找人洗冷氣機,外部沒洗,那我找人是洗心酸的嗎?怎跟我以前找別間的作法不同,還是二、三年才洗一次冷氣機,我資訊有落差?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只講事實:三個月前請貴店來清洗冷氣 > 隔日風扇發出噪音(有來善後)> 近期又開始發出黴臭味。我家是新大樓新冷氣,住滿兩年因發味第一次洗冷氣,這次才剛滿三個月就再臭,第一次致電溝通被以忙碌後續回電為由擱置(結果過後面幾周也未回電),今再次致電與師傅溝通卻被表態「套房吃東西、個人使用方式」等緣故作官腔推責,我住了兩年、使用方式習性都一致,現在要我再花2千多卻只能撐三個月?店家再次收全額的態度強硬;也沒耐心陪顧客詳究探討可能因素。我很少在評價的,由於太失望,一個星給服務過的苦勞。
