老師好有耐心又專業，除了瑜伽動作外也很喜歡課前的瑜伽經～別於大眾的瑜伽課只是跟著老師做動作
完全讓人放鬆身心靈??♀️
可以說是從小到大上過最棒的瑜伽課❤️
期待下一次上課～也能倒立成功??♀️
