★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled my contract on 7/28/2020 and was told I would get my deposit $2201 back. I've tried to contact the company but got no response. It's been over a month and I was promised I would receive the deposit before then. I am disappointed. When I asked for a confirmation number or receipt, the agent laughed and said no worries, I would get the deposit. I didn't feel comfortable not getting some proof but the agent wasn't willing to give me anything on paper. So disappointed. Was with the company for five years too. Not sure I will rejoin them when I return to Taiwan.
