真實購買經驗,不是刷評論。 這是非常不佳的購買經驗,因為不常購買戒指,所以詢問戒圍問題,但服務員很不耐煩的回答,而回答內容都沒有辦法解決我的問題。 像是我問依照妳的經驗,我帶18號還是19號適合? 服務員回答,這要看你的習慣。 而這之前我已經表達沒有帶過戒指了,然後我再解釋與詢問一次,服務員還是同樣回答。 想要看其他款式,服務員也不太耐煩的拿取(喔,我還很感謝的說,不好意思麻煩妳了,真是謝謝妳) 最後下單,因為婚期時間較接近,所以我們有再確認是否能如期拿到,服務員說可以,會盡量趕。 然後幾天後,打電話來說,男生款式沒有了,叫我們快點再回去挑,如果挑他們自己做的款式,就會很快,我頓時有被當冤大頭的感覺。就取消男生戒指,在花時間找另外一家(找到很滿意的,價錢也很合理,3天拿到)。 取貨當天,有給保證書,說要保留好,以後維修靠這張,我詢問不見怎麼辦?這本來就會常不見,服務員說,所以你要好好保留,我有幫你裝袋子。 我不懂這家店的服務員為什麼都不回答問題,態度也一副要買不買的樣子,然後答應的時間卻沒有做到。還要我們在跑一趟。我們已經有表達我們在台北工作,是回娘家才會過去,平日不可能這樣跑去。 我們沒有過多要求,詢問態度也都很好,像是服務員說,刷卡與付現金相比,付現金有優惠,我選付現金,但後來發現也沒有優惠,反而太太的戒指比檯面的小,照理說用料少會比較便宜,但反倒沒有,還收了工錢,所以還比較貴,我們也沒有特別表達什麼,想說大家都是辛苦人。 就整體來說,若不是當初已經付下訂金,我們一定換家。實在是一次讓人不舒服的購買經驗。 照片證明真得有購買。不是刷評論的。
