我從pchome24小時下單,結果,隔天未收到貨…… 我的另一個包裹也是,當天可以一起到,結果,都沒有。 我從早上等到晚上8:00去查包裹狀態,顯示(不在家),真的很無言,整個超不爽,根本就沒有打電話給我啊!當天晚上直接去網路客服留訊息。 隔天早上6:25顯示配送中,等到下午5:00還沒有收到。 我打給客服詢問包裹的事情。結果,客服查詢後,告訴我司機未帶出門,靠腰……我等了兩天等心酸嗎? 我跟客服人員說,我的包裹很急,我都等二天,明天早上一定要給我送到。超級無言的。

很開心的查詢到了[配送中]的貨品,滿心期待,東西到來~ 接到電話的來電在 12點12分~16分, 由於本人手機靜音沒當下接起來,sorry 接着網站的查詢就出現了[不在家的狀態] 12:17分 後續發現的時候回電,距離時間大約十幾分鐘的時間,就回電了 從 12:26分 ~ 13:31分陸續打了8通電話, 沒有一通有接 不知道是很忙,還是都剛好沒空 後面透過[網路客服]告知,貨品還在[站所] 我就前往了,自取了,離開大門時間2:41分 我還花了計程車費用100元~ 真開心~(司機人很好) 疑問點:東西不是在路上,東西還在站所,沒必要電話沒通,就直接變成[不在家]的狀態吧?通常這個狀態就是不再配送了 疑問點:客人回電話了,接了,解決了,不是就很好了嗎,如果沒辦法配送,也電話接一下,說一下也好,人員不夠說一下大家摸摸鼻子大不了晚一天在配送也沒關係。
