湯沒有甘甜味有點可惜,鴨肉丸還不錯,重點我去的時候人不多,進去拿碗時女員工還叫我自己拿食材回位子上,其實拿是沒關係但我手上有碗什麼的,而且那時根本沒幾桌客人,如果女員工可以體貼一點幫忙一下會更好!

湯頭甘甜,不會死鹹。?????? 相比一般薑母鴨,有添加甘蔗在裡面, 第一次挖到還想說好大塊的薑? 湯本身算是不油膩, 在3月中晚餐時間來? 很可惜天氣稍微轉熱了一點 剛好紅蟳量不多賣完了?️? 希望下次有機會可以吃到~ 紅蟳?、蝦子?、透抽?是時價(今天詢問紅蟳850/隻,蝦子7隻200元,透抽沒有問) 食材部分,單點大多一份50$ 茼蒿、高麗菜量蠻多的而且很新鮮! 魚餃、香菇、鴨肉丸會直接放入湯裡面 (加點的鴨肉丸也會先熱好幫忙放進去??) 推薦香菇,新鮮、軟Q又脆 ? 米血、鴨腸、芋頭則是放在盤中自己加 麵線也蠻好吃的,一份30元量算多,cp值高 醬料保存的很乾淨,醬油跟辣椒會分開 (常看見其他店是辣椒醬油裡面還有蟲的...) 對於怕吃太辣的人而言是一大福音啊 就算愛吃辣也可以自己調辣度?️ 另外有看見有鹹酥的鴨肉, 但礙於吃太飽了就沒有點,也沒另外詢問價錢。 也希望下次光臨時可以吃到~ 服務態度好,坐在外面吃雖然外面是大馬路 但感覺別有一番風味哈哈,吃的很開心?

他們的紅蟳很誇張,只能說住附近的人很有福氣,湯頭上加入了紅蟳有全新甘甜厚重的海鮮味,推薦給喜歡海鮮的你,老闆群們也很客氣健談,鍋內的肉也是我吃過最多的,不是一鍋裡有三支腳或二隻脖子那種,樹林的薑母鴨各有特色,很難比較,但這間給我的用餐舒適度絕對是米其林等級的,紅蟳要預約要預約要預約,很重要,別吃不到吃蟳就給差評,就像你不整理打扮長的醜,還怪你媽生你下來
