★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities in this tiny reading room are exceptional! After visiting this library, I think (that) I will visit here very often in the future. You offer fantastic services such as guides and helpful tips about how to book collections from other New Taipei City's branches that the library lacks.
Meanwhile, all of the librarians are accommodating and enthusiastic, and I do appreciate that. There are only a few minor issues that I think the library staffs should seek to improve. One issue is that all of the lights in this library are dim and some areas in the library the ceiling lamps are not set properly.
I saw there are some patrons especially children will constantly sit there reading books or doing their homework in such dim light. This might significantly impair their eyesight, and I think this problem should be resolved.
Also, there are many elderly patrons who stay here a long time. This issue should not be ignored in my opinion, because they are old, their eyesight are weaker than young patrons. Please consider how to resolve this problem. Thank you.
All in all, I love this tiny reading space. It has nice services and nice librarians with a kind attitude!
