一顆星都不值得給,店員態度不佳,只是開口說 了 “請問口罩” 而已,就被店員以不耐煩的態度嗆,齁~ 外面不是有張貼說沒了嗎? 但前提是,我尚未表達說我是要成人或兒童的。所以我回了,請你注意你的口氣和態度,但店員又嗆我,我態度怎樣,我店裡有錄音錄影喔。 我當下聽到這樣的話,深深覺得很誇張,服務態度真的很差勁。且兒童口罩明明還有阿~真的莫名奇妙。

給四顆星是在於我有需求時給予正確的解答跟推薦使用的商品。 但扣那一顆星是因為在我問完漱口水後拿了兩罐在手上等結帳,由於我前面還有一位先生在櫃檯前擋著,我就只好順便看一下有沒有腳扭傷的貼布而不打擾,所以自行走到一旁查看有沒有需要的貼布或其他家用藥品,並等該位先生離開,結果老闆娘卻突然説:「先生,拿了漱口水要結帳。」並且語氣上不是很好,但我當下也沒想到會被這樣誤會所以解釋著我還要看其他商品,結帳時老闆娘也沒有給予任何的道歉,被當成小偷的感覺不是很好。 如果今天真不希望這樣的事情發生,乾脆就把東西放在櫃台後不要讓他人有觸碰的機會,如果無法這樣做的話就希望能夠做到彼此互相尊重,我把你當專業人士看待,我卻被當作小偷看待,説實在不應該。
