5/19上午11:09在表定腎友交通車接應時間前3刻鐘,接到自稱洗腎中心司機來電告知,因疫情關係今後將順延一小時到,旋即連繫家人通知照服機構,避免負責攙扶家父的照服員久侯或撲空。 5/21中午12:15家中樓下門鈴響起,一位自稱洗腎中心司機表示已經到了,我本能的回應「不是說因疫情延後一個小時?怎麽又改回來了?」一陣兵慌馬亂下,趕緊將家父攙扶下樓卻不見司機蹤影,去電洗腎中心確認,得到「我們司機還沒出發,妳應該是遇到詐騙」的答案,就在家父於樓下等候45分鐘後,司機出現並坦承門鈴是他按的...(文長後省略)。 【結論】病患家屬之所以會申請「長照2.0」,無疑是想減輕自身的負擔及醫護的困擾,而院方所謂「司機個人的行為」卻讓家屬情緒更加緊蹦了。此篇目的不是要指責司機或抹煞醫護的付出,只是覺的時間變動提前半天告知家屬會否好一些?!而現今照服員與院方/病患配合的機制,很容易淪為長照浮報的漏洞。
