早午餐的好選擇,早上(十點)點餐,正午才做好。那個在負責點餐的店員,動作真的很慢,統合能力真的很有問題,腦筋都不知道裝什麼。 如果有時間在那等的時候,看她都在幹嘛,哈哈哈!

老人家帶孫子想買一份總匯 不太會用QRcode點餐系統 委婉的詢問櫃台戴眼鏡的女生 這位櫃檯不教導就算了 還對我家老人家態度極差 是看不起老人不會使用3C? 當時現場也沒有其他點餐客人 就不能直接幫忙點一下餐嗎? 我去年也在此買過內部是冰凍的雞塊 我買家的態度也沒這麼惡劣的 當時我還打電話去好心提醒 也沒要求退費補開發票 (這家早餐店沒在開發票的) 或要求店家多跑一趟換新的 總結今天早上的事 這位戴眼鏡的櫃檯是當客人們 來這點餐消費都是應該的嗎? 這樣的態度實在令人無法領教。

如果店家有真心看評論的內容的話,請聽聽我的訴求. 早餐店近期新增了線上點餐的功能,此功能確實很便利,只要線上點餐在過去領取付錢即可. 但也因為此功能變成店家有了多種管道進行點餐的部分,而櫃檯依舊只有一名員工處理著1.紙筆點菜(要輸入到平板裡面才會轉成線上點餐的模式,這過程消耗掉大量的時間)2.電話點餐(我不確定還有沒有)3.給予早餐以及收取費用. 我認為櫃檯要設置2位員工才會舒緩店門口1紙筆點餐的消費者2.因為紙筆點餐而等候的線上點餐的消費者. 建議一名員工專門負責1.紙筆點餐or 電話點餐(我不確定還有沒有),另外一名負責線上點餐並在空餘時間將早餐分裝裝袋(紙筆點餐、電話點餐、線上點餐全部要由此員工處理好,並將早餐區分規劃好以便結帳時節省不必要麻煩) 因為新增了此功能導致店家的服務品質下滑,購買早餐的消費者幾乎臉都是臭的,服務人員也許有被情緒影響但只能委婉抱歉,這應該也是大家都不樂見的情況. 我因為線上點餐覺得方便又省時,所以覺得此功能是非常棒的選項,但我在配合的時間內去領取早餐卻因為上述的情況又耽誤了將近10分鐘以上,過程裡觀察了所有的消費者幾乎都是不耐煩且臉非常的臭,而服務員則是忙除了忙還是忙,尤其是櫃檯的員工除了要熟悉平板操作還會被突如其來的消費者打斷操作,又要收錢又要尋找消費者的早餐. 那我覺得此功能是不是還有存在的疑慮?在還沒有此功能之前是沒有這樣的問題存在著. 希望店家能夠看見我的建議並將以改善. 謝謝
