Although I can't say that I was full after eating, the freshness of the dishes and the way the master worked hard is very admirable. All sashimi and sushi are freshly cut and kneaded. The nigiri sushi chef will add wasabi to it. People who are not used to eating wasabi can ask the chef to leave it or add a little less (this time I feel too much wasabi).
