【牌匾】石灰坑庄 添福宮
同治丁卯菊月建（也就是西元一八六七年九月）
民國甲申年（西元２００４年，民國九十三年）遷移重修
建廟已有一百五十年之久。
主祀土地公，其右側祀土地婆，左側（供奉）觀世音菩薩 。
早期就已坐落在鐵道旁與公路間的斜坡上，附近客運招呼站的站名即為《樂山》，故有《樂山土地公》一說可能因道路改建（陸橋）以及邊坡加強工程，故將此宮遷移至陸橋下方。

The temple has been built for over 150 years.
The main land is public, the right side of the land is Po, and the left side (for worship) Guanyin Bodhisattva.
In the early days, it was located on the slope between the railway and the road. The name of the nearby passenger station was “Leshan”. Therefore, “Leshan Land Public” may be due to road reconstruction (land bridge) and slope reinforcement project. Move this palace below the land bridge.
