★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆跟闆娘相當有耐心跟客氣，餐點部分湯頭非常濃郁，而且可以免費加麵，麵單份的份量也非常足夠，但是一定要吃完唷。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大江戶沾麵：吃過的沾麵的湯都較為濃郁，沒想到意外的清淡。其實點餐前也有詢問店員，大江戶是什麼意思？可能誤會，也只解釋沾麵是湯麵分開。因為好像很忙，我也就沒有追問，直接點來吃吃看…但只能說蠻失望的。也許是因為看其他評價都還不錯，就有些太過期待了。
價格還算平價，適合口味清淡的人，如果想要湯頭濃郁的話，可能要點濃厚系列的拉麵吧？雖然寫著濃厚沾醬但沾麵湯頭其實不太濃厚：((
日式和風炸雞：味道挺好的，也炸的滿酥脆的。就是肉比預想的再小塊一些。
