這一類的老麵包子 我自己在蘆洲 中永和 都吃過 這裡的口味還蠻接近三峽榕樹下 高麗菜口味有紅蘿蔔高麗菜冬粉蝦米 調味算是剛剛好 肉包湯汁多 調味上青蔥多醬油味重一點薑 整體來說可以作為樹林美食 我自己吃過台北康樂意跟康記 我覺得老麵包子裡 康記最好吃 麵皮夠有口感夠香 肉餡夠純粹 菜包也棒

我要給這家店五顆星的評價,你看到那個肉包中將近一半的肉汁沒?熱騰騰、燒呼呼?豬肉鮮嫩不失彈性、混合大塊蔥香味,調味不重,加上那半個肉包的自然豬肉餡肉汁,最後是那個佛到爆的20元銅板價位,我不能再說更多了,看看那些顧客,以10個為單位的打包、購買時的排隊,就能給你們答案

在地美食 看裡面那麼多阿姨在包 就知道一整天下來 絕對是要供應非常多包子才可以滿足大眾 肉包是屬於老麵發酵的 這個傳統做法 個人是不偏愛 不過他們的真的厲害 讓我願意一買再買 而且裡面的湯汁也不浪費 有些肉包我會先把湯汁倒掉 因為覺得就是油 他們的不會 有點湯包的感覺 加上內餡的肉有鮮甜味 雖然價格已經比之前還高 不過還是會願意花錢品嚐 基本上就是來10顆了 送一顆也不無小補
