★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local residencial muito tranquilo, perto da Univeridade, varios restaurantes, muitos prédios residenciais. Infraestrutura excelente, otimo lugar para morar, o metro MRT esta em construcao, mas tem muitos onibus disponível para varios lugares de taipei, e com muita frequencia.
Very quiet residential place, near the University, several restaurants, many residential buildings. Excellent infrastructure, great place to live, the MRT metro is under construction, but there are many buses available to many places in Taipei, and very often.
