★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日剛換完Goodyear Eagle F1A5，接待服務態度客氣、價格平實、重點是換胎流程相當專業：新胎氮氣填充、初次使用Hunter 3D定位，安裝後師傅還會開出去試車後再微調，技術佳、施工速度快、品質好。同時間很巧的是有碰到Audi A6 Avant車主也來更換同款18吋F1A5 （固特異愛用者）；總結，輪胎鋁圈專門店，之後換胎會再來！
Yesterday, I just finished changing the Goodyear Eagle F1A5. The reception service is polite, the price is fair, and the key is that the tire changing process is quite professional: new tires are filled with nitrogen, and Hunter 3D positioning is used for the first time. The construction speed is fast and the quality is good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這說明一下事發原因，你們看了可以自己參考要不要再去這間店換胎！
兩年前購買新車時，因只開6000KM，那時也不懂輪胎可以換別的廠牌，所以一心只想換原廠胎，事後就在露天拍賣找到一組（4條）的二手原廠輪胎
經詢問後才得知為何上個車主只開了3000Km就要換下來，
老闆告知：因為他想換更大尺寸的輪框，所以這組胎不適合他，也算是新手胎，你可以考慮看看，真的蠻划算的
還特別問老闆可否賣兩條就好，老闆堅持賣只賣一組（四條），
我也不疑有他，就用10張小朋友換了裝上去
直到上個月，就一直覺得很怪，每次開車左前胎總是台壓不足，也因為剛好要換雨刷，所以在月底時開去麗車坊板橋店，詢問店員有這樣掉氣的情況發生，店員請我把輪胎轉出來後，才看到輪胎的外胎隙縫中間有被補胎過，我當場整個傻眼。
雖然說已開了兩年，就時間立場沒什麼資格好回去跟老闆要求賠償，
但事後也打電話到店家跟老闆說明當時購買的情況，有提及當時並未說明到這組輪胎有過補胎！
但老闆堅決認為購買時我沒有自己檢查清楚，加上他認為開了2年也沒什麼好跟他討這筆，但我始終認為我有問過輪胎有沒有別的狀況，但老闆說沒有，只強調原車主換大輪框所以拆下來寄賣
我自己本身因為很要求安全跟細節，以我的個性不可能用補過的輪胎，所以我很強調，購買時我也已問得非常清楚！
我到現在還是覺得有被欺騙的感覺！
如果當初我購買的這組胎你老闆有告知被補胎過，我一定不會購買！
各位自己斟酌要不要去這間店！

重點在於我當初購買時有問過，而你卻一直強調要我自己檢查，我還沒說當初你把輪胎放在二樓要我自己把四條輪胎搬下來的差勁服務
