面試官一看完履歷表說：「我們是要找有電子經驗的採購人員，如沒有實務經驗會教的很累，你也很快會陣亡不做，因為廠商說什麼你不懂」
感覺非常不好受，難道貴司在找人才都不用篩選履歷的嗎？
履歷表相關工作經驗已經寫得非常清楚
不都是先看過覺得合適才請面試者來面試嗎？
完全在浪費彼此時間！甚至還問有沒也考慮別的職缺
連要給面試者學習的機會都沒有
非常不尊重面試者
只是反覆著說沒經驗，他們會教得很累

After reading the resume, the interviewer said, "We are looking for procurement personnel with electronics experience. If you don't have practical experience, you will be very tired to teach. You will soon die and you will not do it because you don't understand what the manufacturer says."
It feels very uncomfortable. Isn't your company looking for talents without screening resumes?
The resume related work experience has been written very clearly
Don’t you always ask the interviewer to come to the interview after seeing it and think it’s suitable?
Totally wasting each other's time! I even asked if I would consider other vacancies
I don’t even have a chance to learn from the interviewer
Very disrespectful to the interviewer
Just keep saying that if you have no experience, they will be very tired to teach
