★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有一個熟女代銷態度不好 ，看完跟她說回去想一下，還會酸人現在不買後面會更高，現在代銷好像素質都很差沒專業只想洗腦客戶問太多問題又容易不爽，進來參觀就一直套你話試探你口袋多深，感覺真的太差了，好像一進門就在跟你玩心理戰，說實在的，我又不是沒錢買，只是不響被當盤子，買個房子還要被人看不起，還真不爽，我就算真要買也不會跟你買，亂開價三房25平可以開到706萬，還真敢開

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在的格局規劃超怪的，廚房飯廳規劃在一個放洗衣機有落地窗的陽台邊，開放式盥洗台....感覺好像在上外面的公廁喔!不知道是不是因為要壓縮坪數/增家戶數所造成的怪設計。個人不太喜歡!
The current layout plan is super weird. The kitchen and dining room are planned on a balcony with a washing machine and floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open washstand....It feels like the public toilet is on the outside! I don’t know if it’s because of the need to reduce the number of floors / increase the number of houses. The strange design caused by the number of households. I don't really like it!
