來這買房優點是統一價格不會被銷售當盤子哄抬價格
一口價不能砍，相對投資客難插手！住戶不複雜
缺點是定價在這區貴了一點！而且他們的房子跟同一區價錢低的長得差不多，外行人很難看出來有什麼價值
房子品質中上，原因來自於用料實在，自住很棒
