★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「寶咖咖」寶佳集團下的和瑞建設蓋的，在這邊住過三年半，隔音差，室內單層排氣口有漏水問題，牆面裂縫多，外牆磁磚貼合不是很好（未來有脫落隱憂），停車場車道鐵捲門非常常壞掉，兩屆管委會都多有爭議，住戶群組紛爭多令人煩心。
社區共有275戶住戶繁雜，先前住過短短三年半前間有遇過看到警察破門抓吸毒租客。還有遇過樓上有獨居老人租客煮食燒乾濃煙差點釀災。雖然房價相對本區便宜許多，但不是很推薦。來此租住可以，購屋建議要考慮。
