便宜，好吃又健康，用傳統老麵發酵製作而成比一般的發酵粉製作還費工，因為老麵對腸胃好，也比較不會胃酸分泌過多的情況發生。適合一些年長者食用，也有無加糖的老麵饅頭，適合一些喜歡饅頭可是又有糖尿病的患者。。。
