★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只剩騎樓可憑弔。鶯歌望族陳發於1919年興建，取音「成發居」。陳發靠經營輾米和建材生意致富，委託當時著名匠師設計精緻的紅磚瓦厝。臨街的騎樓和磚造結構為荷蘭式拱門造型與裝飾，呈現早期鶯歌從農村生活發展到到市街商業的轉換痕跡。為新北市歷史建築。 文化路成發居則於2011年經文化局與所有權人協調，保留成發居老騎樓，把老騎樓保留在新建築前方。陶瓷老街入口意象的紅磚拱門建築即是模仿於此。
Only Qilou can be left hanging. The Yingge Wangzu Chen Fa was built in 1919, and the sound is "Cheng Fa Ju". Chen Fa got rich by operating the rice-running and building materials business, entrusting the famous artisans of the time to design exquisite red brick tiles. The arcades and brick structures facing the street are shaped and decorated with Dutch arches, showing the traces of the early Yingge's transition from rural life development to city street commerce. It is a historical building in New Taipei City. Culture Road Chengfaju was coordinated by the Bureau of Culture and the owner in 2011, retaining Chengfaju Laoqilou and keeping the old Qilou in front of the new building. The red brick arch architecture of the entrance image of the ceramic old street is imitated here.
