會很可怕！因為她老是把我叫的便當畫單畫到別的便當！已經四次了！！小姐！！我要滷雞腿便當妳給我炸雞腿，我要蔥油雞腿，你給我油雞飯.......我還會重覆跟你確認一次，每次你接的就給我做錯！妳真行！！

說11:00開始出發外送，12:00前會到
等到11:55便當還沒到
打電話催便當
才說今天訂單量大，不會準時12點前
要12點多一些。
等到12:15便當還是沒有來
再次打電話催便當
直接連電話都不接⋯
等到便當送來跟外送員說太久了
還說訂他們家要有心理準備因為會很久（？！！！！
再也不會再訂他們家的便當了⋯

加上我愛的豆棗
我第一次吃到這樣好吃的筍絲
雖然疫情期間在車上吃
但還是很棒的便當
下次吃之前我在好好拍照片
本來想給你們10分
但最多只有5顆星星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很久之前曾在這理用餐,菜單分類很清楚,配菜及米飯也不錯.最近又在這裡用餐一次,感覺配菜沒有之前用心.雖可以理解,因為蔬菜類,肉類等成本都上漲.但我不能理解米飯變得又硬又乾,這不是標榜“池上”便當嗎？真得改變這麼多哦.這只是我個人感覺而已.

It is understandable because the costs of vegetables and meat have risen. But I Can’t understand that the rice becomes hard and dry. Isn’t this a bento advertised as "Ikegami"? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用只有包含我們兩組客人,點了兩個便當，告知雞腿現炸要等，也等了，等到其中一個都吃完，外帶也過好幾組了，都還沒炸好，店員還嘻嘻哈哈，直到去問店家為什麼少了一個雞腿便當,
店家卻回答我不是給你了嗎？真是傻眼,根本忘了客人?評價4顆星，根本不太配。
