The best community in Yingge area, complete public facilities, good overall management, and less than three minutes walk from the train station, convenient transportation. In particular, the high-rise residents on the south side facing the riverside park have the best view, and their views are very wide. They can overlook Dahanxi Riverside Park and the Three Gorges on the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該社區某8樓的湯姓大嬸是不是沒在看社區公告啊？要求外送員送上樓，在電話裡面對著外送員大聲叫囂（別的外送員都可以就你不行）但是～阿宏當家禁止送上樓是很久以前就規定了，到底是誰的問題啊？大嬸

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶯歌排名前面的優良社區，管理非常好，火車站走路3分鐘，住戶也相當有水準，公設有咖啡廳、游泳池、健身房、還有冷藏垃圾間，且屬於偏低的公設比，住在這裡有一種安心感，挺舒服的社區。
Yingge is an excellent community in the top ranking. The management is very good. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. The residents are also quite standard. There are public cafes, swimming pools, gymnasiums, and refrigerated garbage rooms. There is a sense of security, a very comfortable community.
