★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創建於日治大正八年(1919)，昭和35年(庚子，1960)重修。廟內有好多個興建時期信眾捐錢所刻的石碑，最早的是昭和戊辰年(昭和三年，1928)的「福興宮新建築寄附者芳名碑 」。
Founded in the 8th year of the Taisho era of Japan (1919) and rebuilt in the 35th year of the Showa era (Gengzi, 1960). There are many stone tablets carved by believers who donated money during the construction period. The earliest was the "Faming Monument of the New Building Attachment of Fuxing Palace" during the Showa Period (three years of the Showa era, 1928).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廟宇的建築本體及廳堂, 仍保留近百年前土地公廟的樣貌, 加上修復上色, 呈現出與現代土地公廟不同的風華.
廟堂外搭建的尊紅色鐵皮頂, 權宜之下, 避免了古建物受風雨侵損, 但也遮掩了廟的風采, 相信將來會有平衡兩者的方案-例如透明玻璃帷幕頂, 但又可防曬隔熱, 及易清潔的方法等地.
The architectural body and halls of the temple still retain the appearance of the Tui Gong Temple nearly a hundred years ago, and with restoration and coloring, it presents a different style from the modern Tui Gong Temple.
The red iron roof built outside the temple is expedient to prevent the ancient buildings from being damaged by wind and rain, but it also obscures the temple's style. thermal insulation, and easy-to-clean methods.
