★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樣品無紋理，貨到有紋路！師父貼上簡直整間浴室如長壁癌，9/6 業務說(本產品顏色僅供參考，實際以實品為準).那是水泥師父的疏失，請問三洋公司完全不需負任何責任嗎？顏色有色差，我可理解接受！但是呈現莫名的紋理，谁能接受？業務說這ㄧ，二年噴墨科技都如此！？那為何給樣品的切割片，卻是無黑灰條紋穿雜？對三洋 老字號的信任，蕩然無存！所有責任推給水泥師父！？壁磚:SYD3088.請問有主管級能出面解決嗎？或是我直接到總公司協商？有張貼照片，有憑有據！
The sample is grainless and the goods are grainy! Master posted a simple whole bathroom such as long-walled cancer, 9/6 business said (the color of this product is for reference only, the actual product is subject to the actual product). That is the fault of the cement master, does Sanyo do not need any responsibility at all? The color is different, I can understand it! But who can't accept the inexplicable texture? The business says this, two years of inkjet technology are like this! ? Then why is the cutting piece for the sample, but there is no black and gray stripes? The trust in Sanyo's old brand is gone! All responsibility is pushed to the cement master! ? Wall brick: SYD3088. Can I have a supervisor level to solve it? Or do I negotiate directly with the head office? There are posted photos, there are evidence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連一顆都不想給，轉接專人有受過教育訓練嗎？沒聽過賣東西的公司，是這樣不經過大腦講話還大笑，打去其他分店也有夠沒禮貌，電話詢問都這種態度，更不用說現場諮詢會有多好的服務！
I don't even want to give it one. Has the transfer specialist been educated and trained? I have never heard of a company that sells things. It laughs without speaking through the brain. It is rude to call other branches. This is the attitude of telephone inquiries, not to mention how good the on-site consultation will be!
