再打服務站同個小姐接 說他們打給師傅也沒接 不然你打客服客訴師傅
我聽完傻眼回她 應該沒有必要這樣吧 我在打打看
過一小時後打給師父 直接關機
再打服務站小姐說有啊你掛電話後師傅有打給你 我說沒有而且現在關機 請問我要找誰維修?
小姐又給我公司客服叫我打

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕的維修客服!洗衣機小心的零件(濾網固定座)保固維修(買不到一年),已經超過一週了,還是沒有處理完成!打電話至客服客訴,除了客服態度很推諉外,轉接給客服主管還是只在乎解釋,根本不能即時解決問題,好不容易主管終於能承諾於今日(4/13)會派人處理,結果依然是爽約,還是沈默!非常糟糕的保固維修經驗!很差!很差!很差!已經超過一週沒有洗衣服了啦!!!

透過燦坤聯繫免費安裝廠商瑞林科技到府安裝,安裝師傅陳先生第一次預約爽約直接沒來,再約第二次也遲到三個小時。
今天5/12到府安裝的時候沒有按照說明書安裝,導致免治馬桶沒有安裝好會一直嚴重搖晃,我當時要求陳先生要安裝好才能離開,否則就請他裝回原本舊的免治馬桶,陳先生拒絕,表示他只是來鎖兩個螺絲,他不知道為什麼一直搖晃,要我打到產品客服去反應商品的問題,後來就一聲不響落跑離開。他離開之後馬上又發現馬桶在漏水,一查之下發現是馬桶進水管的地沒有鎖緊安裝好。陳先生是完全不不合格的水電人員,不負責任的態度讓人非常氣憤。導致現在沒辦法使用馬桶,要等明天水電師傅來幫我維修。請問這部分的損失要由誰來做賠償? 雖然說是免費的安裝服務,沒有安裝好還造成我的麻煩。請給我滿意的答覆。若沒有得到完整回覆,我會將當天發生事實公開。請還我一個公道!
