這麵體很適合乾麵，只是外帶要小心糊掉。
豆菜麵是從南部來的美食，但南部不會放油蔥，
我是還好，但南部人可能會不習慣！
麵是冷的真的很不習慣，但這麵走清淡風，
搭起來還行。
豆菜應該是特別挑過，
好吃但不如X丁擔仔麵。
醬汁好像是醬油底，非常特別的味道，
別處不曾嚐過，可以加辣。
一定要配湯！味噌湯很好喝！
是柴魚派的，洋蔥和蔥豐富了它的味道，
這次喝很神奇的有放到薑絲...
應該是不小心掉進去的吧？有夠不搭的！
至於骨肉湯，有ㄨㄣˋ醬比較不會有豬騷味喔！
醬跟肉很搭，簡單卻美好的味道。
環境方面是路邊攤，還算乾淨～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來就很喜歡吃口味樸實的豆菜麵，但在北部很少吃的到，幾年前在遼寧夜市底還有一家在賣，但現在也沒有了，現在網路發達，每天都可看到許多食記，所以當我看到北部有間專賣豆菜麵的店很興奮，立刻就筆記起來，但也因疫情關係，直到今天才有空來，到了現場，忍不住點了大碗的來吃，滿滿的冷白麵及豆芽菜，加上大蒜醬油為底的醬汁，拌一拌就很好吃，雖然跟南部的店不同，大蒜醬不是擺在桌上自己加，但味道可以了，配上那超厚又大片的豬皮，還有滿滿都是肉的骨肉湯，超滿足，是一家喜歡的人會超愛的店，大推，可惜離我家有點遠，唉
