湯頭聞起來有淡淡的中藥味,喝起來很鮮甜,麵體是一般的陽春麵,我很喜歡,另外嗜辣的我加了一匙半的辣椒,覺得辣的很剛好,我平常吃的辣度大概是麻辣鍋的中辣;稍微提一下這家店的缺點,肉跟麵都不太多,我的食量偏小,吃中碗吃得滿飽的,但是食量大的人可能要點大碗的。 再訪兩次後的更新 不知店家是否有看到評價,肉跟麵都有明顯的增量,這家店應是這附近最好吃且價格最為實惠的牛肉麵店。 阿那個湯米是在抄我的評論?有創意一點好嗎?

第一次去應該要吃牛肉麵的 但不知道為何當下就想吃牛雜 所以點了牛雜麵 牛雜麵整體是ok的 麵的熟度剛好 牛雜煮的軟但不會爛,還是有些嚼勁 但牛雜份量有點少 湯頭清香不死鹹,可以喝得出來鮮味 以我來說,我的食量其實不大 但小碗整體的份量比較像是我的一頓下午茶 如果食量大的可能就要點中、大碗 另外,因為我第一次去不曉得有提供小菜 結帳時才發現門口有一個冷藏小菜櫃 有點可惜沒吃到⋯⋯ 基本上就是豆乾、滷蛋、小黃瓜之類的 我覺得是值得一試的

招牌清燉湯頭雖談不上濃郁,但味道調整的算相當順口;雖然稍微偏鹹一點,但喝起來家常不負擔。肉塊選用的是牛腱的部位;燉煮軟爛,也還算不錯,還好量不是太多,也反應在平實的價格上;但麵條個人認為調整選用的空間就大多了,目前是稍薄的機器陽春麵,缺乏的麵香和咬勁,且容易煮過爛,這點實在有點可惜,如果是選用麵體再厚一些的麵條,增加一些吃麵的口感,我想在一碗90的牛肉麵裡面,一定會創作更超高的CP值。順帶一提,店內特制的大辣辣椒醬,味道除了辣也很香,嗜好辣味的人可以試試看,加一點在麵湯裡也還滿好的。 店內環境較小,整潔程度也有再進步的空間,附近停車相當困難。
