★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我很愛的老店，從在對面的小攤子吃到現在，這幾年太忙，好幾年沒吃了，發現麻醬好像沒以前香了，麵條依然Q彈有勁。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 涼麵口味上香氣十足，帶點淡淡的花生醬味，伴著剛好的大蒜泥跟小黃瓜絲，在炎熱的夏天裡特別的清爽，麵條吃起來的口感非常Q彈，吃起來也比較有口感，感覺是有用心的製作麵條，味增湯加蛋料也很豐富，吃下來很有飽足感，老闆娘也非常貼心提醒，麵跟醬料要多拌幾次，邊吃邊拌才不會麵條裹不均勻的狀況，推薦！

麵身，較粗也較白並非傳統涼麵用麵，醬汁吸附率十分良好，但也因此若是慢慢吃，吃到後面會略顯軟爛，得趕緊埋頭苦吃才行！
整體來說，這家的口感適合喜歡重口味、真材實料的饕客
