藍格自從更新網站,也可以messenger聯絡之後真的便利好多,而且處理進度很快,讓我可以趕在活動前有充分時間做後續加工,而且口罩雖說細字會斷線,但我看還好,都很漂亮,客服應答也都很客氣,很棒的合作經驗!

原本還在考慮要不要來這評論和留言 但還是決定來這給藍格真心的意見,並且給要來這印製的朋友參考。 我在藍格印製大圖已經2年多,通常我每星期都會印製一次,這樣持續一年多而品質都算是好的,只有一次塗然印出模糊的成品出來,當時我很驚訝,而三重客服員工也幫退貨再重印。 沒想到在前2-3個月開始發現,每次送稿印製出的大圖,有5次就有4次都是模糊,當然三重客服也很用心幫我跟印製廠房部的師傅確認,再重印製。但最後得到的結論是,我們都是大批印製,沒辦法幫你單一調整品質,所以你可以考慮其它廠商。 其實我那悶的是,給一樣的檔案,印製出的品質確不同,而以前品質都是沒問題。 就今年出開始變差了,這是事實。確沒真心解決本身品管問題。印刷最在乎的是品質。不是嗎? 後來我選了其它家廠商印製,到現在也印製了7-8次,發現品質都很好,老實說還是更清晰。並不是你們說的那樣,我的圖畫的太細微,所以印出來會有模糊這樣的理由。 …………………………………………………………………… 1.廠方確實印刷出來的大圖品質大部分不如從前。 2.三重客服人員,有2位確實是很用心幫客人解決問題。 …………………………………………………………………… 謝謝剛剛客服長的來電,用心,真心傾聽的態度,我收到了。往後有機會的話,還是可以寫信到我信箱,跟我說一切都okay了,我還是會到藍格當你們的客人。
