收每坪50的管理費，卻任由租戶將廢棄物與私人物品塞滿逃生門與唯一通道，管委會怕事不管理，需住家自己持續打1999給工務局處理.
房價高不起來，逃生不易，此大樓屋齡也早超過20年.
公設管理卻一年不如一年，頂樓堆滿巨量盆栽與私人物品，重壓建築物.也可能會加速破壞.
 Many of the residents on the 18th have moved out, and will be grouped here with the tenants.
It is the most dangerous and hardest escape building in public space I have ever seen in the north.
The management fee of 50 per ping is charged, but the tenants are allowed to fill up the escape door and the only way with waste and personal belongings. The management committee is afraid that things will not be managed, and the homeowner must continue to call 1999 to the Works Bureau for processing.
House prices are not high and escape is not easy. The building is over 20 years old.
Public management is not as good as one year. The top floor is piled with huge pots and personal items, which weighs on the building. It may also accelerate the destruction.
