一顆星給離台北市一橋之隔，第二顆星給大陸工程負責營造。

In short, after reading it, I gave up my expectation of sitting in a landscape house.
One star will be separated from Taipei City by a bridge, and the second star will be built for the mainland project.

過一座橋就到台北市，可以走路過橋到大稻埕碼頭。
就在河濱公園旁邊，隨時可以散步運動騎腳踏車等。
交通方便，附近公車捷運都有。
