★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果說對比這一鍋、問鼎、鼎王這些單點的麻辣火鍋，我比較推薦崔記這一家。價格比前面的稍低一些，但食材更新鮮。牛小排的肉質花紋分佈均衡，草蝦是肉質有彈性，蛤蜊、鮑魚都很鮮甜。雖然有人評價說味道有變，但我吃了3年多，來了大概有50次，也不覺得味道有變。
