社區 就在 玫瑰公園 & 社教館 的 旁邊, 附近 有 好吃 的 飯館 和 牛肉麵，生活-機能 也 很不錯，旁邊 就是 三重 國民-運動中心 及 玫瑰公園 及 迪卡儂 & 全國電子 & 特力屋 及 全聯 大型門市-商圈 & 數個 大型 停車場 喔！
The management-committee of this small and medium-sized community (less than 90 households) is running well. The community building is adjacent to Jimei Street. There are FamilyMart-Convenience Store & Yonghe Soy Milk & several well-known restaurants.
The community is right next to the Rose Park & Social Education Hall. There are delicious restaurants and beef noodles nearby. The life-function is also very good. Next to it is the Mie National-Sports Center, Rose Park, Decathlon & National Electronics & Terry House and Quanlian. Large store - business district & several large parking lots!
