但明明健保卡裡面都有記載，牙齒檢查時間及檢查內容，櫃檯人員沒有事先確認情形，就直接執行，而後才說是客人自己沒記清楚，若是大家都記得清楚，就不用有就醫紀錄了，態度讓人不是很高興
