麵線稠度適中，調味偏清淡，主要是靠桌上的辣醬與烏醋讓客人自行調味，畢竟每個人有自己的黃金比例。不過麵線裡的大腸比較邊邊角角，口感略遜於單點。
推薦點一碗清麵線、再來一盤單點的大腸，真的無敵組合啊！
